As I have said before, walk-about is hungry work. After traversing the bridge i headed straight for my new favorite noodles, anxious to watch my batch being thrown right before my eyes.

Today, it was noodle soup with home made veggie dumplings. The noodle sound track was a wild mix of music with everything from Sister Aretha to avante-guard jazz.

    $2.50 for that???
    I love noodles, but I don't know if I can eat that 3 times a day, and day after day.

    Ha! Well, youcould get instant noodles for about fifty cents, Hell, these noodles would set you back eight bucks in the US and no dumplings! Don't be a cheap git, My Brother. These folks gotta live as well. C'mon over here and I'll buy you a bowl.
