Saigon Sunday

Oh my aching dogs, they are barking in protest. Miles were walked, meals eaten, conversations had and, no, I could not forestall my interaction with the legacy of the war.

As an aside, Please excuse my method of breaking the day into smaller posts. The wifi at my hotel is marginal so I have to send posts and photos in smaller packages.

The great thing about First Breakfast is that it is followed by Second Breakfast. Today was a trip to Hue without leaving Saigon. Hong Hanh features Bang Cuon, a thin steamed pancake rolled around a filling. Mine were shrimp and an amazing dish.
